COLLUSION RYE BROWN ALE

Complex on the nose filled with aromas of spicy rye, toasty malt and soft notes of caramel. Flavors of rye bread crust and dried cherries fade into a dark chocolate and faintly roasty finish. A clean hop bitterness with a medium-full body contribute to a silky but balanced mouth feel.

A blend of Mosaic, Citra, and Idaho 7 hops create a complex and pleasing aroma filled with lemon zest, grapefruit, and citrus, dance alongside a subtle hint of pine and resin. Just a light touch of malt helps to balance it all out. A moderate bitterness that finishes with a nice malt flavor.

LITTLE SECRET MILK STOUT W/ LACTOSE + MAPLE SYRUP

Little secret packs a flavorful punch despite it’s small stature (ABV) Dark chocolate and roasty notes come forth in the aroma with faint hints of maple in the background. There is the impression of espresso and bakers chocolate on the palate. The finish is a nice balance of the roastiness and sweetness from the lactose, giving the beer a fuller body and more satisfying mouthfeel.
