We have some big news that's been a long time coming and we're excited to finally be able to share! On Monday, we signed a lease on a new production brewing location in Vista, CA.
The building is approximately 16,000 square feet, and will allow us to increase production to meet demand, provide space for long term growth, and offer a spacious indoor/outdoor tasting room with ample guest parking.
Enter our recently acquired 30-barrel Deutsche Systems brewhouse and planned cellar design, and our annual production capacity will more than triple to approximately 3,500 barrels.
The move will help Eppig share more beer with more people in San Diego County, says Eppig Brewing Co- Founder and Brewer Clayton LeBlanc. “We can increase supply consistency and quality control measures while ensuring Eppig Beer is always at its best.”
“To have the opportunity to move into a home we can call our own and to brew the beers we want, the way we want is the dream scenario. Now it’s up to all of us at Eppig Brewing to keep on the right track and achieve what we know we are capable of” adds Eppig Principal Brewer Nathan Stephens.
